Indian visa and consular centres in Canada
BLS International takes Indian visa applications in Canada, in 12 cities, Ottawa, Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga among them. BLS International runs the Indian Consular Application Centres for the High Commission in Ottawa and the Consulates General in Toronto and Vancouver, which decide.
Two things to check before you book
- Since 26 October 2026 the Government of India visa portal has been down; affected BLS visa appointments are to be rescheduled (blsindia-canada.com, read 1 Nov 2026).
- The operator may change: the High Commission opened a tender for its consular, passport and visa services on 7 October 2026 and plans to award it on 30 November 2026, subject to change (hciottawa.gov.in, read 1 Nov 2026).
