Editorial policy

Sources

Rules, fees and procedures come from official sources first: UAE government portals (u.ae, ICP, GDRFA Dubai), embassies and the official sites of visa application centres. Every page lists its sources with the date we opened them.

Facts about agencies (name, address, phone numbers, the visas they handle) come from their own websites; lists of official centres come from the government bodies that publish them. When we have not checked something, the page says so.

Dates and checks

Each page shows when its facts were last checked. We re-check rules and fees at least every 90 days and sooner when an official source changes.

Independence

Best Visa Agencies is operated by Advertee LLC (USA). Listing is free, and nobody can pay to be removed or to change the facts we publish. A partner placement is labelled “Partner” and sits in its own box above a country's list, outside its order. Our country lists go by city, then most verified first: how much we could confirm about each agency, ties A–Z. The Global list goes by how many of five application steps each service's own software does, as its own website says or our editors verified by hand, then by the number of destinations it covers, then A–Z (how). Any paid placement would be labelled and kept outside the list.

Reviews

Reviews come from our users and appear only after an editor reads them. The rules are on How our list works. We never show ratings copied from other websites.

Corrections and reports

If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us the page, the fact and a link to the official source. We review every report and note significant corrections on the page.
