We collect as little as we can: what you type into our forms, and a count of page views that never tells us who you are.

What our forms store
- Reviews: the agency, your rating, title and text, the month you used the agency if you give it, your name and your email.
- Add your agency and change requests: the agency's name, website, country, city and services, your name, email and phone if you give it, and your message.
- Report a change: the page, your message and your email if you give it.
- With each form, a hashed version of your IP address, so we can stop abuse without keeping the address itself.
What we count while you read
To see which pages people read, a small script of our own tells our server each time a page is opened. For each view the server stores only:
- the site and the page address, without anything after a "?";
- the domain of the page you came from, such as www.google.com, if your browser shares it;
- your country, which our host Vercel looks up from your IP address;
- whether you are on a mobile device or a computer;
- the date and time.
We don't set cookies or keep anything in your browser for this, and we don't store your IP address (not even hashed), your browser's user agent or any ID that could link your visits. The user agent is read only to tell a mobile device from a computer and to leave out known bots. If your browser has Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turned on, it sends us no page views at all. The counts are kept in the same Supabase database as form entries.
How reviews are published
An editor reads every review before it appears. A published review shows your rating, title, text, the month you used the agency, and your first name and initial. We never publish your email or your full name. Reviews we don't publish are kept only for the time below.
Who sees it
Our editors. Everyone can read published reviews. We don't sell your data or share it with agencies or anyone else.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form entries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. When an entry arrives, our email provider sends our editors a notification. Messages to hello@bestvisaagencies.com are stored with our email provider.
We keep listing requests, change reports and reviews we have not published for 12 months, then delete them. Published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them. To have your data or your review deleted sooner, write to hello@bestvisaagencies.com from the address you used.
Cookies, ads and tracking
This site shows no ads, sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The page-view count above is our own and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Maps and links
Our maps are drawn in your browser from Natural Earth and OpenStreetMap data and load no third-party scripts. Links to agency websites, OpenStreetMap and government sites open those sites under their own privacy terms.
